Aphro, Apollo, Daedalus, and Hermes are the only three gods I'm happy to see.Also it's stupid that you can do so many things with each weapon, but every build winds up with you just spamming a single attack. Replayed Hades a couple of months ago and my enthusiasm for the series fell of a cliff going for the epilogue which I hadn't seen before.My issues were mainly the story and interaction progress slowing heavily around 10-15 runs (mostly wins) and unsatisfying conclusions to the side stories. As for gameplay runs felt samey pretty fast and I struggled with visual clarity on some builds but that might be a me issue.Does the sequel improve on any of these things?

This ending is assssssss It doesn't even adress Chronos actual fucking plan, which was to herald a golden age for humanity without gods and give them free will which isn't even a bad thing, rather than address this conflict they just gave up and had him 180 while the actual crux of the plot goes unaddressed.In Hades 1, Hades showed several signs of regret and remorse throughout the campaign, he never seemed like a monster even when he was abusive, in the end his redemption was earned. Chronos meanwhile is an actual monster, showing no signs he wanted a future with his children or that he was hurt by his childrens betrayal ouside of wrath.Also the final boss being the exact same was shit, Hades standing down in 1 was impactful but the same equivilant was making Hecate vanish only to have the finale be the exact same, they should have made phase 3 from rivals mandatory or something
