Stick of Truth or the Factured Butthole?
Both are fine but sot is better by far.
>>721983315Stick of Truth, both gameplay and story are better
>>721983315SoT is infinitely better in every conceivable way but FBW is still alright.
SoT is old South Park while FBW is current south park. I feel SoT plays faster though.
>>721983315I didn't care for Fractured Butthole, I think it had some real pacing problems, felt very bloated, had seriously underwhelming progression and none of the humour stood on its own. Like I hadn't seen South Park in a decade before playing Stick and a bunch of the jokes still landed, you know.
>>721983315Stick of Truth, I liked both but definitely remember liking the first better.
>>721983315nobody is going to say fractured
I've only ever watched a couple South Park episodes in all my 29 years. What season should I watch up to? Is it like the Simpsons where there's a generally agreed on cut-off point for quality?
>>721984036Not really. I think it gets bad around season 11 but I've seen people say it gets bad earlier or later than that.
>free food>free housing>free access to college>free to be racist without repercussion >free to do crime and be exempt from prison by soros judges>free to be 13% of the population while committing 52% of the violent crime and still have a right to voteidk doesn't sound that difficult to me
>>721983315Like other anons said, both are good but Stick of Truth is better.
>>721983614Is 8 years ago "current"?
>>721984248You forgot slavery.
>>721984404Seeing how south park is currently i guess not. But I stopped watching it after tegridy farms.
>>721984248thisit should be the opposite, would age much better
>>721984482oh yeah. they were the first to do slavery too. there's a whole religion about it and they were the ones who sold to the europeans and americans.
>>721984036Up to Season 10? is peak, up to Season ~18 is definitely watchable, Season 19-21 are still ok, but now have this overarching story instead of isolated episodes. 22+ should probably be avoidedThere is no clear cutoff point like with the Simpsons, but the quality definitley goes down over the years
>>721984036season 9you can watch season 10 episode 1 to see how south park dies
>>721984482>only negative is something that ended in the civilized world over 150 years ago
>>721983315My main complaint about Stick of Truth is how slow the combat can be at times and the second game makes that a hundred times worse with its shitty Heroes of Might and Magic- lite tile system. Also I got the sense Fractured But Whole took itself a lot more seriously, kinda like the show nowadays, but that could just be me.
>>721984248every white person who says "blacks have it easy" would never swap places for that "easy life" because they know deep down they have a better deal as a white person
>>721983315The uninstall.exe.
>>721985295Because then I would be a stupid ginger. Literally unable to see myself 15 seconds into the future as myself.
>>721984036I recently watched through the entire series. Outside of a few stinkers scattered here and there, it was plenty enjoyable until Season 20 where it took a really hard nosedive and doesn't really recover until around Season 23 or so.
>>721983315SoT story TFBW gameplay
>>721983315In terms of writing, stick blows fractured out of the water. It’s got plenty of laugh out loud moments, while fractured at most gets a bit of a chuckle.Fractured’s combat gameplay is better, since stick just boils down to stacking DoTs and then stunning what’s left, but stick has a much better overworld due to not having irritating mini games every time you want to traverse an obstacle.Soundtrack is even in the base game, but the DLCs have some real standouts >>721984036The cutoff is when the kids completely stop acting like kids. The funniest part of South Park is seeing shit like Kyle mishearing resurrection and crucifying cartman so they can save his parents’ marriage.
>>721984813>endedNow people do it for less benefitsAt least a slave could be guaranteed a home
>>721984813Hey who ended it? Oh it was White people interesting. Don't hear about that much for some reason.
>>721984248>Have to start life in the hoodYeah... they can have all those, other than the last one
I picked up the stick of truth recently to replay it and jumping back in I forgot that the game has a parry mechanic. They were doing turn based with parry slop way before expedition 33.
>>721983315stick 100%
>>721983315Stick of Truth as i much prefer the Maro and Luigi style of combat over what Fractured but Whole did.
The game is actually easier as a black kid since you get more micro aggressions
>>721987421Mario and Luigi was doing turn based parrying 20 years ago my guy
>>721984036The first 10 are really good, but it's not unwatchable garbage from s11 on like simpsons.
I find South Park is one of the hardest shows to revisit because a lot of episodes are so based on their contemporary world events like Saddam Hussein being a reoccurring character . Like I was alive during that time but I don’t exactly give a shit anymore.
>>721987421>>721990534Mario RPG did this in the 90s.
Stick Of Truth is actually a very good game. Fractured Butthole was okay but it definitely felt like they've lost some of that passion the first game had.

>>721984404Given that "current" SImpsons is anything past seasons 10 or 11, which aired at least 25 years ago, I'd say eight years is downright reasonable.
>>721984036South Park doesn't really get "terrible" in the same way Simpsons did, but eventually you'll find yourself laughing less and less as the seasons go on and then you'll realize there's only two 2 episodes a season that you may have found funny.South Park's unfortunately become mostly a mouthpiece/vehicle for Matt and Trey's political and social views that's become the equivalent of some gen X facebook meme that simultaneously tries to be edgy with the most milquetoast center takes imaginable. The show was way funnier earlier on when it was just trying to be shocking and provocative.
>>721985295Because THEY will jail your ass if you do blackface and start talking like a baboon.
>>721991157Them trying to act like they're being shocking and cutting edge by making more trump jokes gives me second hand embarassment
>>721984404>>721991019SoT feels closer to that halloween episode about returning the tape than it does the randy weed arch.
>>721991157>unfortunately become mostly a mouthpiece/vehicle for Matt and Trey's political and social viewsThat's literally always been the case, what's changed is Matt and Trey themselves "mellowed out" because they got old and have kids now. Old Matt and Trey made multiple episodes where they said second hand smoke isn't a problem, while in a recent season they made an episode about how bad vapes are because a guy blew vape smoke in Trey's kid's face and that pissed him off.
>>721991157>>721991481They both married black women lol
>>721991157>south park's become the equivalent of some gen X facebook meme that simultaneously tries to be edgy with the most milquetoast center takes imaginablethat's the best analogy I've seen in a whilesouth park's become the 50 year old pre-boomer who posts edgy skeleton and minion memes on facebook

SOT is better story/jokes wise. And while it can be fun coming up with busted patch and weapon combinations, the gameplay in TFBW is probably better. The classes in SOT felt pretty same-y, while at the very least the different super power classes you could choose from gives you more variety in your attacks. Similarly, SOT had a enemy variety problem where in the first half of the game the only enemies that spawn in the overworld were elves, and in the second half the only enemies that spawned were nazi zombies. TFBW has different types of enemies inhabiting different parts of the map which makes exploring it a bit more fun. Battle banter was also a lot better in TFBW. A lot of SOT combat dialog was just recycled lines from the show, while you get a whole bunch of unique interacts between characters you can get by equipping different party members that there's a certain level of replayability as you play through with different party builds. TFBW also has the benefit of the two DLC missions which were pretty fun. The Casa Bonita vampire mission especially.
>>721984560 They finally killed Tegridy Farms in the most recent season.
>>721992405Did they actually or was it another "haha we killed tegridy but actually we didn't haha" that they do every episode?
>>721992405That shit was still going on? Holy shit
They felt like interactive espisodes, I cant think of a reason to replay them.
>>721992741You never rewatch a show?
>>721992978so would you swap places? you could take all those advantages
>>721985295No, it's because they dont want to be niggers, you retard
>>721992978How can you say they don't face institutional racism when you also say everyone hates them?Blacks get higher jail sentences for the same crimes.Even with affirmative action policies, they get fewer job offers with the same skills.Cops harass them all the time just for existing.People will refuse to sell houses to them.Anywhere people can get away with it, they discriminate against blacks. Whether knowingly or accidentally. And you wonder why they lash out at society.
>>721994579but they have it so much bettereveryone is just proving the pointyou're all happy to whine about how much better they have it than whites and yet nobody wants the "advantage"you'd rather the "bad" deal of being white because you know you have it better, not worse
>>721994706Blud thinks stereotypes are based off nothing.Actions have consequences. Niggers objectively get less prison time than whites, and get out on cashless bail, because of DEI initiatives to keep less niggers in prison.Literally 15 unarmed niggers are shot at per year in a country of 350 million. Stop resisting arrest and committing crimes and there is nothing to fear.Where the fuck did you pull out nobody will sell a house to them lmao. An asset, which the seller gives no fucks about after sale, won't take a niggers money (only basketball Americans have any)? Nope
>>721994814I would literally rather be a homeless White guy than a nigger who lives in a mansion.Niggers are ugly, dumb & disgusting because it's literally in their fucking DNA. Give a monkey a phone and 1 million dollars and he's still a monkey. You're totally missing the point.
>>721983315Stick of Truth. Fantasy LARP fitts better as game than playing super hero. And less dated because cape era is past it's peak
>>721994706>Free housing>Free scholarships>Have your history venerated despite never having achieved anything of note>Can be as racist as you want without anyone calling you out on it>Get to be proud of your heritage and culture without fear of persecution>Be able to burn down entire cities and be given the seal of approval by all major institutions>White nations have governmental departments dedicated to furthering your interests>Have all of your failures blamed on racism and oppression>Considered a native in White nations, whilst also having a largely homogeneous homeland>People can't criticise you collectively without risking their livelihood and freedom>Having every aspect of your culture celebrated in mainstream mediaThey have been given everything they could possibly want and more, but they are retarded, and I mean literally. They had to increase the IQ threshold for people to be considered retarded because almost half of all niggers would've fallen into that category. They lash out at society because they're entitled monkeys with a victim complex. They'd never even invented the wheel before the White man showed up and introduced it to them, they were doing NOTHING for thousands of years and that was before White intervention. Stop making excuses for them.
>>721985295I wouldn't mind being black. There would be a higher chance of cops shooting me, but the other benefits are real.
>>721983315sot is the better game by a mile fbw is not a bad game its just its combat is slow and on a replay tedious because you can't really speed up fights in any meaningful way.
