As always I'm trying to avoid the trap of being a digital game "collector". My rule of thumb is that I won't buy any game unless I want to immediately play it upon completion of purchase, so I probably have to cut this down to 2-3 games. The only one that really qualifies here is Returnal. Tekken 8 looks pretty cool, but I already have SF6 and Melee on rotation and probably don't have time to pick up another fighting game.

I had something in the 90% range, but got distracted by a work trip and never went back, I did get all the true ending. As for Veritus, it is much shorter, I did get the true ending but haven't gone back for the curse runs. If the story/lore interests you, then Veritus is probably worth it. Overall it has more combat focus and you can't cheese the puzzles nearly as easily as Prodigal, but I don't think they get as complicated as the deep boneyard or storm fortress. My main complaint is that there is less exploration. Its laid out by floors in a dungeon rather than exploring a map, so you return to your camp between floors. At most there are challenge/hidden rooms with lore/upgrade materials/etc.
