Gentle tip for all Smart Falcon trainers, remember to run another FR alongside her, no matter how weak. She needs a competitor to trigger her ulti. I was in a public CM test rooms where I was the only FR somehow, and I lost despite being first and triggering scheming.

Decided I may as well test a debuffer idea I had for Leo cup while I did a bit of last-minute fan grinding, since Rudolf runs give lots of fans easilyI feel like an end closer Evil Emperor build has potential if I can get more/better debuff hints. Dominator + Intense Gaze + a Hesitant skill should be a pretty impactful speed reduction, right?

Downside is you only can have one recovery skill and she has no passives. But if you get the passives and the recovery skill, she is probably the best Front Runner ace till Bourbon V. Is released.
