I have actually heard good things about downpour. Homecoming is the only SH game I have finished and boy howdy I am never playing that piece of mid again. The only part of that entire game that is actually scary is when you are trying to escape the police station with no weapons, and that segment lasted about 5 minutes.

Honestly play Siren 2 if you want a gokd horror game. It's amazing. Siren 1 one is one of the best games you will absolutely hate playing. The game's clunky, hard as balls and absolutely unforgiving. But the horro is even better than 2.
