Cutting soda is worth it, I found my weight gain wasn't even the shit I was normally eating, soda just adds up so fucking much. You might be wanting soda since it helps you feel full, what I did was mainly switch to sparkling water and mix it with sugar free lemonade or something. I tried avoid zero sugar soda because I didn't want to tempt myself drinking soda again.

I'm usually very low energy, like sleep all day low energy, thanks to a medication I take, however, I started taking a multivitamin supplement and it helped a lot with my energy levels, I stopped feeling like there's a car parked on top of me. I work from home and I'm inside all day, and my diet is kind of shit, so I don't get the proper micronutrients.

Binary star systems are more common than I would have thought. There is also an object in the Centaur constellation that is either a brown dwarf star or a rogue planet, they aren't really sure what it is but haven't found anything else like it.

I think John Cena is what The Rock wishes he was; he's really good in the show. It's very funny, doesn't take itself insanely seriously, and there hasn't been an episode I haven't enjoyed. Season 2 is about to end, I think. People say you have to watch "Suicide Squad" (the newer one) to understand it, but you don't. If you don't wanna watch the film to understand, here's a summary;

This spooky organisation hires heroes/villains to do sketchy shit. A team get sent to an island to overthrow a fascist guy. Peacemaker (Cena) is on the team, he's a supersoldier. Another guy on the team is called Rick Flag, an all American hero that everyone loves. Turns out the fascist guy is hiding a big massive giant mind controlling alien thing, which gets loose. They kill it, but Peacemaker is ordered to kill Rick Flag to stop him leaking government secrets. He does so, but is extremely guilty about it-and also is supposedly killed soon after. Only relevant information is: Peacemaker killed Rick Flag and feels guilty, wants to go back to being a coolguy hero. Amanda Waller, the head of the Organisation that hired them, is a shitter but is still in charge.

Peacemaker (the show) picks up in the immediate aftermath of the film. I mostly like the show because you can sort of tell the actors involved had fun with it.

NTA but yeah. It is an Arthurian soulslike that is a twist on the old Arthurian legends. The artist who did the initial design work has a page on artstation and shit is amazing. You really should check it out because that art is the vibe for the entire game. The game itself is kind meh, but the ambiance is top tier.

Nah, it's Skyrim but spooky and slightly janky. I really, really like it though.

Create a character, pick a class, off you go. It's set in Arthurian Legend but in a low intensity stage of an apocalypse, where everything is starting to slowly fall to shit completely. It's primarily first person, has decent weighty combat but I haven't tried too much magic. Totally open world, but dense enough that none of it feels like bloat.

At launch the 3rd act was pretty empty but that's been fixed now. Highly recommended for a spooky fantasy romp. Happy to answer any questions about it if you're curious

Market is due for a crash. Keep stacking cash, and wait for your chance. There is an '08 style default fixing to happen. Also make sure you lock in a fixed rate, preferably at ≤2%. ARM are scam and they will push it hard as fuck after the market breaks and it will look good for the first couple of years, but they will use any excuse to crank that shit up to 5-10%. Also absolutely you must push to ensure there is no Prepayment Penalty. Maybe. You can mod it to play the whole game as either Dante or Nero(or V if you want). SSSiyan's Collaborative Cheat Trainer lets you change around enemies/bosses, gives Nero breaker switching, Legendary dark knight mode, turbo mode, and I think must style mode. Co-op trainer mod lets you pick whatever of the 3 vanilla characters you want to play as on any level and/or lets you play co op with anyone playing another character(so you could have a whole team of Dante, Nero, V, and Vergil). Dark slayer Dante swaps out sparda for a lite Yamato moveset from Dante's dark slayer from DMC 4(with some differences). Enhanced V and Enhanced V add some moves(requires enhanced V) gives the character of V some more moves with the cane and his summoned demons. Now if you want you can probably sprinkle a few shadows(V's panther/panther from DMC 1) around the campaign to see how it goes. My issue with 5 itself is that I don't like the floating goat dude(ice goat and meat ball multi elemental goat) cause they are too easy of targets and wished 5 brought back the frost lizards, blade/assault lizards from 1/4, the abyss from DMC 3, and add a flying ang enemy type similar from 4 into the mix of Angelos 5 has, and I miss hell vanguard. Also also there is an aggression mod for DMC 5 too that I like to use sometimes.

Currently my plan is having 25k liquid in my savings account as a (probably overlarge) safety net, then everything I make over that going into an investment portfolio to get some extra growth.
Plan is to save up enough for a 20% down (which currently is about 80k in my area) and start seriously looking. Thankfully my parents are also willing to cosign the mortgage and help me through the process of buying when the time comes, but thats a few years out regardless (unless i went full hog into investing and came out lucky, but i don't plan on that).
