Typhon's head slam should be your big test for learning that because it would be one of the easiest moves to dodge in Hades 1, but if you screw up the timing, you eat shit all the time. Same with that tongue lase whip attack, since it's slightly slower so you can't just cheese it by quickly double dashing like in Hades 1.

Daggers should work great too but i didn't use them much. Really its just about shitting out as much attacks as possible, if you have hidden staff aspect then omega attack basically deletes everything.
