why they don't try experimenting with gameplay anymore?
>>
I've played this game for first time this year and thought it was fun but no joke I doubt people nowadays would even have patience with this kind of gameplay, maybe some very young kids new to video games but surely not someone who has been around for some time.

flop slop
>>
they do, you call it an indie slop and ignore it

Indies are like stray dogs, I don't like em much

Like what? All indies do is Souls-slop, Mario-slop, DMC-slop (release date never), some weak copy of an old popular game or some non-game.
>>
Because every game costs approximately $300 million USD and must have a return on investment so there are no risks outside of AAA.
>>

the industry is bloated so games cost too much to make
>>
>>722324864
AAA isn't allowed to experience anymore, games take 8 years to make and cost $200-400 million. Management will only greenlit things that are tried and true and have some kind of promise of additional revenue.

>need muh guaranteed sales
>experiment
