Progression is retarded. No game should have it. It's only in games when the shit isn't fun enough to give you in the beginning so they have to trick you by adding fake value to it by making you "earn" it. Just look at Zelda. The powers are fun as FUCK, and they give you all of them right at the start. Now go fucking play something like Far Cry 3 and use cheats to unlock everything right away. None of those abilities are fun are they?
