I don't know what's been discussed here already, but for those who are interested in the modding side of the game, I suggest you set the game to manual update only on steam, since a lot of signs are pointing toward the game getting encrypted on full release. I'm sure someone will save an old version for ease of download, but just to be sure. They sold out to a publishing company that's pushing hard for online chat features, the party is more than likely over.
