I do not care for survival horror. My 2 favorite games in the genre are Dead Space and Alan Wake and the closest I've come to enjoying the RE series are the more action-heavy games. I've never played Silent Hill. The fact that this game pisses off the type of person who unironcally uses the term "rollslop" (as if the soulslike genre isn't peak) and appear to be upset over the fact that this game features an Asian female protag that they cannot masturbate to, leads to believe that I should probably check out this game because I'd probably love it.
I just wanted Silent Hills based on what we got out of PT, man. There's so much potential with first person horror and SH was the perfect series for that.
