Unfortunately the sequel is SO bad that it actually tarnished the first game. I can no longer enjoy TLOU1 without thinking of 2. Sure I can pretend the sequel never happened but that feels like cope.

My problem with both this and the second game is that, much like something like GTA3, they were both fun while being detestable trend-setting lowest common denominator slop
