No, they're going back to more nuanced gameplay but adding normie options for gameplay. You can select on level up to level up skills for Mage, Warrior or Rogue to keep it simple but can go in and assign specific points to build unique builds if you choose.They're keeping the simplicity of Skyrim, but allowing for the customization of Morrowind for those who want it.

Not chudliness, but like you shouldn't be able to be top dog in the fighters guild, mages guild, thieves guild, and whatever the one or two factions that arent just the [x] guild are. It would be better if the game encouraged playing different builds and characters.Also there should be absolutely zero main quest. Side quests only.
