I'm deliberately not going to read this thread because I've not been spoiled on anything yet, but I wanted to know, is there any reason why I shouldn't stick with the same 4 characters I start the game with and level them up to 100? Do guilds later on in the game have characters that match whatever level I'm at, or maybe a fixed level for that stage of the game, or do they always start at level 1? Also, is there much use in switching between jobs or should I just stick with one for each character? Right now I've got Ramza and some other dude as monks so I can get some of that job's abilities because they sound really good, but I don't know if I'll stick with it after. It seems silly that Ramza would be from a family of knights and instead be a martial artist (yes, that sort of thing matters to me slightly).
