Dead Money is fun if you enjoy the survival aspect of games and want to work with few resources.
Honest Hearts has the best character in the game and a fun new place to explore.
Old World Blues' writing is very... divisive, and the overworld is practically empty, but you gain a new base with it.
Lonesome Road is 90% combat and 10% story. It's very focused on the endgame (full of Deathclaws and enemies with powerful weapons).
