What's your favorite 2025 game so far?
Shinobi.
The only 2025 games I've played so far is Expedition 33 and Death Stranding 2, I'm leaning Expedition.I'm most excited for Ninja Gaiden 4 though. There's also some other games that have come out this year I want to play, but I haven't gotten around to them yet, Ragebound and Shinobi etc.

>>722510404Probably some eroge game, like EP Metal-X or whatever it's called. Most of the non-eroge games nowdays are terrible slop. Most of indie eroge games manages to meet my exprectations (price is not too high, the gameplay in indie non-vn games is good/enjoyable), whilst if I pay high price for non-eroge game then the expectations are much higher, and almost never met. I don't remember when was last time I enjoyed a 50-60 price tag game. Most I got was palworld and that was on sale for 30 something, and even then that game is unoptimized as fuck and struggles on big worlds so I had to drop it before even finishing it

>>722510404I'm extremely confident in knowing what I like and I would be very surprised if anything beat out DK Bananza for me. I'm near positive that Ninja Gaiden 4 will be my second favorite. Bar Doom The Dark Ages (which is significantly better than posts here had led me to believe) I find this year backloaded as hell vidya-wise and almost every game I feel strongly about has released in its second half. I liked E33 a lot immediately after I'd just beaten it but have since gone off it big time and now find it just okay outside of presentation.

Expedition 33 is like the only game I even liked at al this year. And I didn’t even love it as much as everyone else. I just thought it was pretty decent.
