In general, they are near completely absent when it comes to classless shooters (or ones without a healing class at least), fighting games, CRPGs, RTS games, or complex 4x games (say, the X or Dominions series).

The gamer girls I've encountered IRL fall into one of two camps:>Legit. Plays and loves video games. Probably better than you at them. Make a point of never bringing their gender up ever. Super autistic.>Poser. Surface level gaming at best. Universally bad at them. Having a vagina is their entire personality. Probably "cosplays" (AliExpress wig + casual costume that they can throw together from things already in their wardrobe. Alternatively, bikini). Insane amounts of baggage. Absolutely used goods. Does everything exclusively for the attention of whatever man she's currently fixated on.

>>722514105It's a guilty pleasure of mine to play cooperative squad/team type games where it's all guys working and planning and leading together towards some goal, the more historical the better like Holdfast and War of Rights. I enjoy and get something of a thrill out of witnessing and participating in that sort of masculine cooperative drive that a group of men will form and have together. I don't get any gratification from games like I do, when part of like a encouraging and communicating squad, where we storm and take an objective and win a match. My ultimate dream game would be something like a Master and Commander ship's crew style of cooperative age-of-sail game.Obviously I don't voice communicate, I don't want to compromise the cooperative male vibe they have and I enjoy blending in and participating.
