Would /v/ respect it more if it was basically darker edgier Zelda but with the same open world?
>>722529849All it's missing is a rerelease that includes the DLC on the cartridge for a reasonable price, and I'm not joking.
>>722531415Is the DLC even that good?
>>722531505Yes it's very good, it has cool stuff to explore in each region, several challenges, dozens of shrines, new boss battles, rematches with previous bosses with new challenge mode, a whole new dungeon, one hit kill challenge, a motorcycle, and a roguelike challenge course that empowers the master sword.
so elden ring? no
>>722533046Except its not an RPG with a trillion weapons and magic spells nor does it have enemies that read your inputs.
>>722533495yet its still filled with copy pasted puzzles for babbies. No
>>722529849i liked it, idk what people are on about. BUT that being said, i do understand a LITTLE more than i did prior to playing it. cuz I was in love with this game, played it like i didn't have adult responsibilities and autism closing the walls in around me. then i finished the zora temple or whatever, so i was 2 out of 4 done, and i decided to go to the desert instead of the other place cuz to its credit the game has some damn fine freedom options and respect to player agency (also i actually fuckin loved the shrines, they were fun as hell and some were genuinely good workouts for the brain). aaaaaaand idk, maybe it was all the sand and shit but boy howdy i just lost complete interest. it's been 3-4+ months since i've playedi have been thinking of booting up ryujinx again lately though. but damn the desert is so dreary and depressing and gay. The boy-starved, uber-hetero black chicks are hot and great, though, but Zelda isn't a game i can, or would even want to, profane by waxing pathetic and playing it like a goon enhancer
>>722533991yeah the desert was the worst part easily, everything else in the game is really fun
