This isnt even a joke. The most used language on steam is chinese. Full of russians. These 2 countries alone, their entire internet culture is based around cheating and breaking games (hacking too) that is not to mention the cheap CD keys and cheap 2nd hand components that thirdies can get that populates the PC gaming population.
With lack of deterrent against shittery consoles have, like the financial deterrent of buying then bricking your console, buying the game and loosing your game and account that consoles have that gatekeeps the shitters it eternally makes consoles better for multiplayer games.
