Best guess is 2 new Nightfarers, a new endgame boss (so one new Nightlord I guess), and a new map/seeds (unsure). That's all based on data-mining.

Fromsoft can't handle experimenting or really doing much of anything at all so yeah maybe 1 nightlord, 2 nightfarers and a map event.
