Why would you play driving games when you can just drive on real life
>>
>>722562807
Because you can break the rules in a game.
>>
>>722562807
I want to go fast and run down cyclists.

Why would you play shooting games when you can just shoot niggers in real life?
>>
When I was a teen I would just mindlessly drive from mission to mission gta san andreas, my friend would drove by the rules like staying in a lane and stopping on red light. Now he's in jail, idk whats the moral of the story
>>

god i miss aria...
>>
>>722562807
I have better ways of committing suicide than going full speed against the flow of traffic

I cant afford anything other than a shitty kia from 2001

More fun
No risk
No cops
Not having to share road with retards
No need to be sober

Depends, what is he in jail for?
>>
>>722562807
I get nervous in traffic so I never got my driver's licence.
>>
>>722563864
Can't you people drive so long as your not the kind set off by flashing lights? Can't be any worse than the 97 year old boomers driving over the sidewalk while having a medical episode
>>
Driving in games can lead to being recruited by Max Verstappen to drive for his team
>>
>>722564167
NTA but in some places, yeah, not in all.
Even where you can, there are restrictions to it like people who aren't permitted to drive at night, etc. I think the biggest one is you can't drive if you've had a seizure within certain periods of times. IE: they get on your ass about it and you gotta make regular reports that things haven't changed.
>>
>>722564135
Me too. I just ride to work, and the only thing I do outside of work is gym and my friend picks me up so no need. Girls get the ick when I say that and when I say I'm a shut-in but if you can't handle me at my worst you don't deserve me at my best. I'm a project.
>>
>>722564391
Be honest anon, you can understand that shit.
The last thing anyone wants when considering a date or a partner, is to have to be chaffeured around by somebody other than a limo driver.

ESL please.
To answer your retarded question - in games I don't have to follow the traffic laws and deal with consequences of someone breaking them.
>>
>>722564475
Yeah...but I could get it...maybe if I got kisses and hugs for doing driving lessons I would
>>
>>722562807
It doesn't cost $20 to drive for 40 minutes in a videogame.
>>
>>722562807
I live in a walkable city so don't have a driving license.
>>
as a neet car has always been too expensive

fees, insurance. car payment and i only need it for groceries. currently wfh with no car for 3 years. still feels like a scam. I can only afford a $2k shit box and itll probably breakdown fast
>>
>>722564135
I'm a nervous driver too but I pushed through and got my licence a little while ago. It can be done, anon.
>>
>>722564167
You'd think, but most places prohibit it based on any diagnosis, regardless of context, which is pretty ironic considering epilepsy is really just a general term for seizures with no definitive cause. I.E. not as a result of a head injury, or some physical trauma.
My seizures are specifically related to sleep, and after fixing my sleep schedule, taking medication, and no longer ODing on caffeine, they're nonexistant when I'm awake. I just occasionally get one while I'm sleeping and wake up sore.
I considered becoming an automative mechanic, even if just as a hobby. Seems like a great joke; guy who fixes cars but can't ever drive them.

Worst part about it is seeing how fucking god awful everybody is at driving. They treat it as if it's a God-given right and take it for granted.
>>
>>722564364
That's my predicament. You have to have been six months without a seizure, but like, I have them seemingly at random every few months while sleeping, and never at any other time.
I could technically lie, but shit I'm almost 30 and at this point I've adapted. I still love cars, Rally, driving sims, etc... and with how shitty the roads and people in general are in the U.S., I don't feel like I'm missing a whole lot, except an early grave which may come as a result of the disease anyway. Long term I intend to move to a country that actually supports public transporation. Fuck cars for general purpose use. They're more liabilities than assets nowadays.

>They treat it as if it's a God-given right and take it for granted
To be fair where I live life without a car is either impossible or guaranteed to make you late often enough to lose a job unless you're some office monkey shuffling paper so in a way it is a god given right since taking it away kills you just slowly
>>
Speaking of cars
Lexus es350 or 2025 Camry for a first car
I just like the look of them have no idea if they're good or not, I have no clue about cars whatsoever
>>
>>722562807
My IRL car is pure shitbox and the street is shit too. Can't go 5 miles without getting stuck in the traffic. That's not relaxing, that's depressing.
>>
>>722565870
I live in the metro Atlanta area. I work five minutes from my apartment. I make $38,000 a year, before taxes.
When I was younger I worked with people who commuted 40+ minutes for jobs paying $13/hr, and to this day I still have no fucking idea what was going through their minds.

>Aus and on the same pay as you after tax
Is cost of living raped in America too?
>>
In reality, what would it actually take for Americans to march on the White House? Like not in some faggy, organized nigger pride parade, I mean just bomb the shit out of it and die guns blazing?
I lived there for a few years when I was a teenager and it was a shithole, and by all accounts it seems to get worse with each passing year. How bad does it have to get before ya'll just start blasting?
Not like anywhere's perfect, mind you, but it just seems like the U.S. specifically has zero interest in actually improving, or rather supporting the improvement of the quality of life. Like all anybody does is just talk about it, if even that.
I'll never forget this pothole in a road just outside my cousin's neighborhood. Three years it was there, and he said it had been there since he could remember, and it was still there when I left. I don't get it. What do your taxes go towards?
>>
>>722566619
Yes. I have two roommates, and I don't even live in the most expensive borough of Atlanta. I get by fine in moderation, but I'll never own a home, God forbid if I had expenses like children and a vehicle.
I mean just look at this poor anon, and I mean that in somber introspection, not to call him poor or broke>>722565870
People (in general) are convinced they cannot survive without massive, unwarranted expenditures, and to some degree they're right. The key word being survive, nevermind if you actually want to live.
>>
>>722566398
my first car was a 10 year old used car, how do zoomers get a agency, luxury car at that, as a first car? go into eternal debt?
>>
>>722567223
I've been saving for years I have only $65k total tho
