Not even in terms of range. The candlestick just seems really good at breaking bones and the scythe seems to tear through the enemy with just the barest touch.

the candkesticks do feel like they have good blunt damage, and they have sharp bits that can slash and stab too. quite a few attempts at bonking someone on the head with it end in an unplannet throat slice.

Slow down your swings and add a little upwards curviture. Just swinging left to right works on the second and fourth swing but every other swing seems to fall under where you want it to go.
Also, the physics engine seems to clip through hitboxes when there's too much speed.
