any good? I remember playing a bit of Arkham Asylum but didn't finish it, don't remember anything about it.

1 is alright
city is the best by a big margin
knight sucked
haven't gotten around to origins yet
winter is the perfect time for city, I play through it around december most years

if I want a simpler experience I go for Asylum. If I want the biggest game I go for Knight. No reason to ever play City

Origins is actually a very good game
Playing as younger, unexperienced Batman is pretty kino because Gotham doesn't really know him yet so you get to see criminals actually being shocked and terrified when he shows up or reacting with disbelief
You get to fuck up a lot of corrupt cops too
Map is bigger than in City and has a bunch of side activities to do, including stopping crimes randomly happening around the city
Bruce is also more angsty, violent and edgy which is pretty kino by itself and plays with how the city views him as a dangerous vigilante instead of a superhero
It wasn't made by rocksteady though and you can feel that it's slightly "different" and less polished but it's fine
I heard that it's buggy but besides one crash that happened so far in almost 20 hours of play it's been pretty stable and runs a bit better than City

I respect Asylum and have fondness for it but calling it better than the others is just kinda wrong
Future games polished out and expanded the combat & stealth mechanics, added new gadgets, varied the gameplay and added actual post-game
There is nothing to do in Asylum after you beat the game besides running around an empty map looking for the last Riddler puzzles/trophies
