So seeing oblivion remastered sold shit loads and FO3 remastered was on the leaked financials, which of course has changed since the pandemic, it is pretty much a guarantee we will be getting a FO3R soon right?Been 7 years since they released a game so TES6 should drop next year.Do you think they will release FO3R and TES6 in the same year?
>>722569564>Been 7 years since they released a game so TES6 should drop next year.Um, anon, they released the second greatest game ever made two years ago.
>>722569674Ohh I forgot they released starfield, my bad.Yeah true that is supposed to be having a substantial DLC for it in development now and apparently coming to PS5 with it too.So what.Starfield DLE and PS5 2026, FO3R early 2027, TES6 late 2027?
>>722569564Fallout 3 would be so fucking kino. So many people downplay it just because New Vegas exists. When 3 is great on its own.
>>7225702613 is good but of course not as good as NV, mainly because NV had more actual RPG mechanics. Still 3 is great. Only issue it has is that wahsington centre is broken up into disjointed cells which really looses the epicness of the area, which is also the same with new vegas.though if or when they remaster 3 it will just be a UE wrapper like oblivion so cant expect much.Still we have seen what they can do with FO76 and they can have huge areas with seamless interiors and loot containers and it all works well.Idk if that is because of server tech or not though. I also not played starfield so idk what they can actually do with modern hardware.Doesnt really matter as we are not getting a new FO game for fucking years now as TES6 is next. So FO3 is all we will get.4 was a step in the right direction in many ways and FO76 is a really good game with a great environment, with a myriad of its own issues of course.
>>722570261Imagine the sirposting that will unfold
>>722570261I love that game but I wouldn't say it's great. There aren't many good side quests and the open world feels empty. Still the atmosphere/execution is the series' best. Point Lookout DLC really shines cause you can see they spent time making it feel as deep as TES.If they remaster it here's what I'd want:>more/bigger urban settlements>a more dynamic economy that forces you to find rare stuff and trade>a greater variety of rare pickups>more/longer dungeons in the Capital Waste>TES-style mystery and mercantile quests inside populous areas, not just kill/fetch>NV style factions>double the length and quadruple the choices in the main quest. It's great at the beginning then goes to shit by the DLC>remove level scaling completely and add enemy variety to compensate. It's a hostile wasteland, so some parts should be inaccessible>make guns stronger but very hard to find ammo for, like explosives, so you need multiple skill attributes to win
