Most let's players I've seen do 40~120 minute long videos these days.Really the end of the day watch time and audience retention is what matters. I don't actually know if you were to watch 10 minutes of a 2 hour long video if it's bad because you clicked off so "early" or if it's still good because you were kept there for a standard length.
