I think you find it (or at least a tool that lets you get it) towards the bottom right of the map but it's been a decades since I last played SOTN. I'm pretty sure there's a breakable floor at a bottom of a shaft that you've missed too.
You're missing another ring whose description fills those blanks while the words wear and clock are blank."... words ... word"wear them both there It shouldn't be hard finding it if yiu just try to fill the map Check the shpos for keys if you didn' get them yet.Sorry I couldn't be more helpful I don't remember much because I don't remember something being too obscure about it.
