Not played it.
Ass creed is my guilty pleasure but valhallah being so big burned me out and I have not even finished the DLC yet, and wont play this until I finish that, then mirage.
I actually played AC2 earlier this year, and was gonna carry on from there so I am gonna play all the games up to valhallah before I even start on mirage, then this.
Probably wont be playing this game for like 5 years in the future.

I skipped Valhalla. such a fucking chore honestly. even Shadows is bloated but the stealth gameplay is miles better than Valhalla and you can just focus on the meaningful story and side quests and ignore all the filler

It really is, the game is TOO big for its own good.
I have completionish autismo and actually often like 100%ing AC even if it is a grind but valhallah went overboard.
I collected every chest in the base game and iirc all I had left to do was collect a few fish or something like that for the fish weapon.
Been a long time since I played it but I had very little to do in the base game...but...
Then they added the mastery DLC, then some other DLC then the isle of sky crossover with odyssey kassandra, which I did actually play and there was loads of opels on the island to find (buy cometic DLC for them in the trader)
Then they bought out the ragnarok stand alone and THEN added the last DLC that ties the story.
Like I said I done nearly everything in the base game but I have 2 paid for DLc, druids and paris. River raids, the free DLCs they added...
I was up to like 190 hours in all the stuff I done and guarentee there is like another 100 hours left..Its too much. Well too much to do before I am burned out and want to play another game.
For compariso i did every ? PoI in odyssey and both DLCs and I was like 160 hours!
Valhallah is that big.

Anyway I bought pretty much all the AC games on an AC super sale some time this year, really cheap. I had a lot of them already but i thought I will grab them all and start from the beginning (no AC1, start from 2) and 100% them or plat them all in order before I even bother trying to tackle valhallah again. Like I said too I am not moving on with AC until i have 100% valhallah.
I have not bought mirage and by the time I finish all those AC games mirage will be super cheap too and so will shadows and I bet the next 1 or 2 games will be out by then as well.
I started with 2, 100% it then started brotherhood, got 1/2 way in then quit.
Will pick it up from there next time I play.

Just to add, I have Bh, rev, 3, liberation, 4, rogue, syndicate, unity, origins and odyssey to replay before I start valhallah and eventually move on with AC games and I am in no rush to do any of them.
They are all massive games, some I will be 100%ing as they are remastered versions and some I have never played the DLCs for. Plus I have never actually played liberation.

At some point just collecting all the chests I turned the difficulty down to easy just so I can storm through the game.
Its too big for its own good.

I wasnt even in a rush to play it but seeing the city I am born in and the city i live in now was in the game a friend bought it me with all DLC for my birthday and I started it staright after I 100% odyssey.
I normally wait a few years to play AC games anyway as they go on sale and since 3 I dont care about the story. 3 is the only one (apart from valhallah) that I played on release and only because I got it free with a GPU.

They fucked themselves making the game too bug as AC fans like me who got burned out have no inclination to play the next game.
