>>722590949What I'll say is the game feels much better to play than it looks, and if you liked the exploration of S/V then it's even better in Arceus. They're much better about having little hidden areas where particular pokemon like to hang out; a gathering of clefairy around a particular lake at night, an island out at sea with an alpha Infernape stomping around. It felt more like a place than any other pokemon region.

>>722591561There's the main town, then two small enclaves for the Diamond and Pearl clans that are honestly closer to nomadic camps of tents. The wilderness is what's emphasized. That being said, as you progress through the story and particularly as you do certain sidequests, the main town gets more active, buildings expand, and more and more people/pokemon start showing up. The main conceit is that you're brought from the future by Arceus to teach these people how to coexist with pokemon, and so the majority of them treat pokemon the way we treated wolves or bears. Humanity is on the back foot in this environment and urbanization hasn't really kicked in.
