Odin who is the only person making sense half the time because they utterly failed to make him as vile as the lore indicates.There's a million problems with Ragnarok but the biggest is definitely how afraid it is to adapt actual Norse Mythology. They clearly know how the myths go, but they actively avoid any of the cool stuff like Thor and Jorm killing each other, the ship made out of fingernails. The battle is basically completely in the background in that final level.
