Why is it that no matter how hard I try for this game to "click" for me, it never does. Human Revolution clicked very easily for me because the game looked beautiful and the art design was perfect but for some reason this just doesn't do it for me. Prague looks very dull and monochrome and something about the shooting feels off. I'm not the only one who felt this right? I also felt this war about Invisible War in comparison to DX1 and that's why my ranking is DX1 = HR > MD > IW
It just felt like a shorter, less inspired Human Revolution to me. It wasn't disgustingly bad, imo. Comparing it to the gap between DX1 and Invisible War is crazy.
>>722601757i like all deu sex games except for the fall, paly the fall and youll enjoy the other games in the series
>>722601757Filtered.I felt the same way on the first walkthrough. Then on the second I actually played properly and discovered the actual story and ending, which was very in tradition of HR's brilliant, grand conspiracy theme. If your play surface level and don't dig I to the game you'll get a basic story and no proper ending.
>>722601757It lacked the vibe.
>>722601757Is Human Revolution any good?
>>722601757Because MD was a rushed game and only had a small percentage of the original developers from HR
I think it just doesn't pull you in like Human Revolution does. HR just has a way of immediately drawing you into the world and story at just the right pace. Mankind Divided doesn't really do that and the world doesn't have the same dark allure of HR. Almost felt, to me, like MD was trying to rush you into everything. Also, really fucked up lip sync ruined it. Just felt like, "Ehhh, we didn't really give a shit. Here's a sequel."
I think people are afraid to admit the location just fucking sucks lol. its boring as fuck, its a small town euro place no one cares about with some tech and holograms sprinkled over the generic buildings. The locations in human revolution were relevant and looked high tech, different to their irl counterparts.
>>722603840Fucking this. HR's location was amazing. Their futuristic/sci-fi designs looked beautiful and believable. Games always fuck it up my making it look generic or soulless, but Human Revolution got it right in a lot of ways.
>>722602571Definitely worth playing if you haven't, even if it's just for the story.
>>722601757It never clicked for me either, it's obviously better than invisible war but HR beats it in atmosphere levels story etc>>722602571As a sequel to the first one kinda, as a standalone thing yeah it's great
>>722602571no, only the original is good
>>722602571I enjoyed it more than the original.
>>722601757>Mankind Divided never clicked for me>Human Revolution easily clicked for meBecause Human Revolution is an excellent game and Mankind Divided is not.
>>722602562 Yeah man, it’s like they cranked the polish up but turned the soul down. HR had this slick, gold-tinged energy with banging music and environments that felt alive. MD felt like you were walking through a museum exhibit-technically impressive but cold and empty. No tension, no vibe, just a checklist of sidequests.
