It's the kind of game you get if you like that kind of fantasy setting and want to spend a bunch of hours wandering around in it (which is why I got it). I don't know that I'd recommend it over any of those other games otherwise.

Ive been playing the king is watching. It has some pretty fucking retarded and awful balancing and design decisions. The later difficulties basically cant be beaten until you grind out your meta progressions stats and theres one upgrade thats so unbelievably necessary for having any kind of consistency in it i dont understand how they didnt make it on by defult. But i can forgive that because i think the core gameplay is fun enough
