The only problem is I got to about lvl 100+ and am starting to realize all the missions just boil down to 'go here, kill guys, mission complete'. They also all have a very small countdown which makes you have to play like a spastic which doesn't go well with the the laid back way I play these games. Literally if the missions had no time limit, I'd love rdo

One thing that RDR 2 had over rdr 1 is the ability for it to psyche you out on what you would be doing, whereas in RDR 1 shit just happens. This gets really bad in mexico when it decides “okay you’re raiding the capitol now” and it starts within the capitol. There’s pros and cons to both gameplay wise, you really notice the physics engine differences in RDR 1 after playing 2, even though the freedom to move and attack is 100000x more responsive in 1. If you don’t believe me, trying colliding with someone or a horse in RDR 1 and you’ll see them just shift to the side some. But then you do cart racing in RDR 1 and you’ll see it was made to be a fucking video game because you don’t have some titanic effort to make a turn with a cart like you do in RDR 2. As someone that always ragged on the bloated animations, the additional physics and interactions in RDR 2 are really nice touches. All they need to do is make it so your weapons FUCKING STAY ON YOU AND NOT ON THE HORSE.
