I’ve never played a single metal gear game.

Metal gear solid 3 has you play as Naked Snake and you’re tasked with infiltrating the Cold War Soviet jungles in order to assassinate your boss who has access to some digital key worth ten billion dollars or something. There’s a bad guy with electric powers who wants to use that money in order to fund a war of conquest or something. Revolver ocelot is a spy. The boss is a spy, and the other lady is a spy. Also everyone in this game that isn’t Naked Snake is blonde. Eventually Snake kills the electric guy, then he kills the boss, then he fights revolver ocelot but it turns out they aren’t enemies, and then later he gets betrayed by the blonde spy who was secretly working for China. Snake becomes Big Boss

A pretty cool rpg that would be so fun to play as a kid since you had unlimited time to play. You make your own character and it has alot of text and choices. Combat is simple, and it might look lame, but it was a product of it's time and a literal representation of old boardgame rpgs.
