I really miss oldschool game design. Just throw you into the game and let you figure shit out for yourself. I've been trying for a long time to find a game like Daytona USA or Sega Rally Racing, but most of them, even the more arcade-y ones, are full of cutscenes and other annoying bullshit.
JUST LET ME PLAY A FUCKING GAME.

I'm sorry, i love every type of game, but recently i've been busy and can't spend the mental energy in more complex games, but i can't find a modern game that's just "pick up and play".

I don't care about manuals, just let me play and figure shit out. Is it cryptic? Don't care, it take me longer to go through all the tutorials in modern games than to just find out what i'm supposed to and how i'm supposed to be doing it.
