The DLCs suck, the map sucks, the companions suck. It has 4 factions but most of the game’s content is all NCR-related. This is only one of my favorite games because there are no other first person ARPGs with faction systems and different endings. The game isn’t that good but no one else is making games like these so it remains a favorite just like Red Faction Guerilla
The level scaling breaks long before you've done all the content.Like, sitting on high attributes and 100 skill in whatever weapon type you want alongside good gun & good ammo and you're getting raped by every enemy in Big MT.The legion/ncr deathsquads that spawn every single day on the main map are annoying and ruin the experience of exploring the map if you haven't already cleared it by the time you get them.I always play with jsawyer.esp and no other mods so I guess I don't know definitively if that's what everyone experiences.Also no good romance options. You're telling me nobody at all in the entire wasteland is impressed with my accomplishments combined with a godlike charisma and conversational skills?

When I picture Vegas, I picture bright lights, casinos, and live performances. It's supposed to be extravagant, it's a tourist trap. When I get to New Vegas after slogging through the 3 hour long tutorial from Goodsprings through Novac, there's only 3 casinos with only a handful of questlines (not counting the Lucky 38 because there's fuck all to do there) and the same 5 bums bumbling around doing nothing that I've already seen bumbling around doing nothing in the Atomic Wrangler and the Vikki and Vance. Plus there are only three casino games in all of them.
