It's strange those others never acknowledge Takahashi's FF7 script is still present in the game, even though FF7 is clearly his at core - even the term "One Winged Angel" originates and is present in Xenogears and the religious and jungian themes never returned to the series after FF7. that's also why Remake feels so different

The three bad Chocobo Stealth sections add nothing to the game; they're basically just more forced walking sections before you can get each region's Chocobo. Like I said above, they could be patched out without consequence. The only one that's decent is the Nibel one. If they were all more puzzle-like in that way, I'd probably be fine with them. It's just the awkward attempt at line-of-sight stealth that really doesn't work.
