None of the games mentioned in this thread have been roguelikes due to being action games, but Noita deserves a pass, definitely the most "roguelike" of them. It has extreme flexibility, and even with the skills and knowledge you'll easily die to random bullshit if you're pushing too fast. Also sometimes you just have a run that's OK for a normal win but not good enough for extended challenges, just like DCSS.

Noita is actually a very generous game if you know how to milk it to its limits. There was a jap streamer who got a 200+ win streak in hardcore mode which is notoriously bullshit (like enemies with explosives spawning with glass cannon, which causes them to nuke you from off screen). You can turn any Noita run into a god run if you know how to milk.
