But what the hell is this stupid overhype about this game?

At first it seems like a classic metroidvania, but little by little you realize that the whole game is going to be there to piss you off.
After more than 10 hours of play, I gave up, and it's not a question of difficulty (I finished Cuphead in a few hours), no, it's just too frustrating.

Literally everything is designed to be frustrating.

>the constant back and forth in levels that are far too big

>the money-losing system that makes no fucking sense here

>save points missing in places where they should be essential

>bosses that double damage

etc etc

even aesthetically I don't find it that incredible, a huge disappointment I'm going back to playing sotn and cave story.
