In this era of girlboss "don't you mansplain things to me!" era, I'm sure there's plenty, but I don't play them to be able to say. The only one off the top of my head is Dragon Age: Veilgard, from the threads here. In the threat of a world ending destruction, the blue girl still demands giving lectures on non-binary over figuring out the problem, as well as treating everyone else like shit in the name of tolerance, while the player seems forced to play schoolyard nanny for her so everyone plays nice.
