There should be a way to have a gameplay session broken down into an itemized summary that states exactly what you did from the moment you opened the game until the moment you closed the game. I should be able to play Sonic 1 for an hour and get a text list with every ring I collected in each act, how many times I jumped during the first Robotnik boss fight and my total time in every single special stage. I should be able to beat Dark Souls and have a running tally of every single item I picked up, complete receipts of my souls transactions and how long all of my repeat boss runs took with every death at the same bonfire.I should be able to finish one match of Counter-Strike and be able to read an exhaustive recap of not only my performance, but every other player right down to the tiniest detail. There would be no need to even watch replay videos during a fighting game if you could read your mistakes and actually verbally understand where you went wrong or what you could have done better.Until this feature exists in some format, we're stuck having to either record our gaming sessions (which is a waste of resources) or manually write things down (which takes time away from playing vidya). This is not an autistic thing to want because it literally exists for everything from sports matches to the path that airplanes take during each flight. And it's all mostly automated.
