>>722670119If you're a movie enjoyer it's an insane treat, since they got Ian McKellen to voice completely new dialogue for it. You get about 120ish small cutscenes that are basically just movie clips but with his narration and to this day I still listen to them all whenever I replay it, it's one of my alltime favorite turn based RPGs with a surprising amount of replayability since most characters can at least go into two different trees and with 7 characters you can choose to do different parties a fair bit.

>>722674898It's a really strange game from a marketing perspective, you play as OC Donut Steels and almost offensive copies from a certain perspective, but they're all pretty cool characters and you essentially follow the trail of the fellowship before the real plot takes off and you kind of still end up following the movie but for different reasons. That combined with the FFX gameplay, which is excellent, it just stands out at an oddity, but a really good one. It's pretty easy to emulate so I would recommend it.

Helms Deep definitely does have a shit ton of horde fights but to be fair it's kind of apt, I personally like it but it can be a bit of a wall if you're not prepped for it.
