Why didn't anyone tell me shader compilation is such a problem with Switch emulation? If you can't find working cache all games are basically unplayable. And they seem to be hardware specific, at least for ryujinx. You'd think there would be easy to find since they're pretty much required, but there's barely anything out there and only for the most popular games. How do people even deal with this? Also why isn't this a problem on Cemu or RPCSX3? Asynchronous compilation seems to work just fine there.
Everything in life costs you either money or time. It isn't until later that you realize your time is worth more.
