UE5slop is just an asset flip with store assets. The paint splatter differentiates generic store asset clutter from interactive assets.
It's possible that specific assets were made for this, but if they were, then they were most likely outsourced and just haphazardly substituted any marked placeholder assets with yellow paint splatter.
Modern gamedev is completely incoherent, there is insufficient communication between every part of the studios making the game.
