Honestly the only ones worthy of any kind of attention are Artificial Academy 2, KK, and HS. In that order as a game. To this day AA2 is not topped.

How are they incapable of just using the same base while adding new stuff on the top of shit that already exists? Take the lotion minigame in SB3. Proper groping controls and fucking technology with the choice of lotion actually affecting tanning. Fast forward several years to Koikatsu Sunshine and it's just a few preset spots with canned responses that just increases relationship values.
It's the Bible Black of video games, unsurpassed to this day.
