There's no way Nintendo expect you to pull this exercise off.Video for reference: https://youtu.be/o_bqYUlKB3A
fat thread
>>723029373is that a stank cloud?
People who played this were not fat and lazy, and could pull this off
>>723029468Can confirm. I played it and I was nowhere near fat/obese. My problem at the time was actually how I was borderline underweight. I could pull these off easily and I remember thinking it was interesting how it seemed so difficult for other people to do.Then I started getting a stomach and got a desk job so I barely move throughout the day. Now I fully understand.
>>723029373 >>723029468okay but why would you even do the pose for real in the first place? it can't see you so you could just fake that you did ityou guys are cucks
>>723030110>Why should I do the fitness exercise from the fitness game I bought? It'll be easier if I just don't do the exercise at all and nobody will know! It's like the people who used weights to cheat the balance board readings. This kind of mentality is probably why obesity and preventable health problems will never be kept under control even when all the high fructose corn syrup and shit is taken out of the foods. This is also why personal trainers need to be 24/7 at home care trainers or else people like this anon will never get anywhere.
>>723029373How good are Wii Fit and Ring Fit for staying in shape?
>>723030745Everyone here will tell you they don't serve any purpose and give you all kinds of reasons why they don't work or why something is wrong. I say anything that gets you moving or even promotes some kind of working physical activity is a good thing. Wii Fit has less exercises I think, but is more "a la carte" and less structured (which I think works if that's what you like). Ring Fit offers warmups and cooldowns, is more structured, requires less setup, and feels more like a video game than Wii Fit does. Still, I think Wii Fit "feels" more like a first step into fitness through calisthenics (complete with a "personal trainer", graphs, the board helping you focus on your balance and weight distribution, other health and diet tips and others). RFA has health tips too, though and even has RPG elements and distinct characters. I'm honestly surprised Allegra didn't get more attention here based on her being the foot person. Also Dragaux seems like prime material too, but whatever. To answer the question, they're nice as springboards. They aren't going to be anything people who to the gym often are going to be using instead of what they do now. However, if you don't really do much with your fitness and don't like the idea of going to a gym (at least not yet), both of these are good I think. Just like with actual exercise though, it's more about the commitment than anything else. You WILL get bored of doing the same exercises after a while, but keep with it. Also don't neglect the sleep tips and dieting tips they give. You won't get "swole" or huge by any means with these, but you'll be better off than at least 85% of the people you come across in real life (unless most of them are also people who regularly exercise). If you do decide to try Wii Fit, get Wii Fit Plus or Wii Fit U. Ring Fit Adventure is also a good one too. Both are good first steps I feel and will lead you into branching out into learning more and doing more outside of the game as well.
