So many updates and reboots, and then in the middle of a mini DV transfer it auto shuts off because I'm using the evaluation version. People who use Windows like being raped

If you somehow fucked up your previous OS you will still migrate some of those fucked up settings to the new OS, also you might forget to remove some really old drivers or other things. Not worth the pain, just get a USB and copy your shit, or upload it to google drive or whatever and then reinstall.Either way you should always have at least 2 SSDs, one with 200GB just for Windows and another 1-2TB for steam, games, videos, etc. This makes reinstalling much easier and faster.

after updating to windows 11 I have this weird browser glitch where the top part of the the screen stays while I scroll so only the bottom part actually scrolls, if I click around the top part refreshes and it works again, not sure if it's a driver issue since I updated it after moving to 11 or is it something weird going on, I think I had this before on other version but forgot since it was long ago
