In Alien, the black guy didn't die first because it was a reversal of expectations as they usually did die first, and the people who died where sticking their noses out trying to fuck around with the alien lifeforms and technology while he just minded his own business. Those more adverse to foreign concepts were better off in the end, so that is not woke. Later products such as Alien 2 and 3 and T2 had a stronger female lead as the audience enjoyed the novel aspect and actuallt found the strong woman kind of sexy
