2006 - 2015 was the Dark Ages starting with Xbox live when online multiplayer and gaming regressed for a decade, because suddenly we devolved from server browsers to p2p matchmaking and they stopped releasing games on PC, so everything was 720p 30 fps with heavy drops. I fucking hated it and I'm glad it's over but jesus fucking christ it was horrible.
