Worse than Arceus. The game has more life put into it with more NPCs and actual battling and really good music, but it quite literally takes place only in the city and no where else. They could have portions of the city have some subtle theming or even a palette swap, but you are exploring the same looking buildings the entire time.

AZ mentions that it lead you to the city to help. Emma is investigating its dog form roaming the city so it was already there before you got there. Plot happens, it helps you and gains its mega to stop the AZ Floette infused tower death cannon.I didnt get into postgame, some people are saying you can get Mewtwo, but i havent seen anything posted on that either.
