I think whether you like 8 is entirely down to how much you relate to Squall, because there's not much else going on. Laguna is president of Esthar, Ellone is using Squall to reminisce about Raine, Edea is possessed by Ultimecia, the non-Rinoa party members were at the same orphanage but they forgot because of their GFs, Squall and Rinoa is just like Laguna and Julia, it's just dumb.Great looking game, but really dumb.
